Refund policy

RETURNS
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging. To start a return, email ahhassan2026@amitystudent.com with your order number — we'll reply within 1–2 business days.

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund goes back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived faulty or damaged.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us within 30 days with photos and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund — usually without needing the item back.

AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded, including replacement or refund for a major failure.
